What we need built.

We're refurbishing our two rehearsal rooms and converting a central store room into a new space ready for specialist fit-out. Here's the scope — we'd love to have a site visit conversation.

Rehearsal rooms (×2)

  • New flooring throughout both rooms
  • Wall finishes refreshed
  • Lighting replaced — warmer and adjustable
  • Acoustic-grade door replacements
  • Internal window openings cut and framed into the central room — sizes to be confirmed
  • General fixtures improved

Central store room conversion

  • Clear and prep the space
  • Cut and frame internal window openings into each rehearsal room
  • Electrical first fix
  • Wall finishes, flooring and decoration throughout
  • Handed over clean and ready for specialist fit-out — detailed spec to follow once we've consulted with our studio team

Hallway & entrance

  • New flooring
  • Wall finishes refreshed
  • Lighting improved

The site

  • First floor commercial unit, Southwick, Hampshire
  • Two rehearsal rooms + central store room + shared hallway
  • Studio stays open during works — we'll need to phase things to keep at least one room available
  • Technical drawings available to share ahead of a visit
